The ICAS competition 2014

Hello readers,

I am going to tell you guys about me joining the ICAS competition.

There is this competition, as you know called ICAS competition. This competition is hosted by the UNSW Global, Australia. The first time I joined the ICAS competition is when I was in the 4th grade, which was in Mathematics. I was taught in school after I went home from school. I was so happy that I was chosen by the school to participate in this event. For me, this competition is really fun because at that time, this competition is the only competition I have ever participated in. At the competition day, I was really happy and kind of nervous.
The 2014 Certificate
After a few months, the results were given to me. I was satisfied with my score, at that time , I got the rank distinction. Distinction is the result of the students that is in the top 10% that joined in this competition. The rankings from the highest ranking are High Distinction(the top 1%), Distinction(next 10 %), credit(next 25%), merit(next 10%), finally participant, which is the rest of the participant.
I joined the Icas competition from the 4th grade until the 9th grade. The result in the 4th until the 8th grade was given to me and I wa happy in all of the results. All that I remember is that all of my scores are Distincion. Even though I never win a medal, I am still happy about the results. Right now, I am still waiting for the result in the 9th grade ICAS competition I join. My grade 8 score was satisfying. I got a 33/40 score, I was in the top 5% in the competition.

My feeling of joining this competition is pretty happy because I can experience new challenges in my life that I have never experienced about, and I want to thank God for letting me do this and my family for always supporting me for letting me join some especially ICAS competition.
